Campion purchased books not opening correctly on Mac

If your MyCampion books are not showing correctly you can firstly make sure you download the latest copy of the app from Self Service. If this does not work then follow the process below. NOTE: if the book is not showing up you will need to contact campion. 

 

 QUIT the Campion myconnect app if it is running. 

  

While on the Finder app, hold the Option button down as you click Go. Select the Library link. 

  

From within the Library folder, select the Containers folder. 

  

In the Containers library scroll down to the com.campion.myconnect.mac folder and delete it. 

  

 

5 RESTART the Campion myconnect app.
